The Assistant Manager (Sales Associate) position is all about mentoring/managing colleagues, growing our patient base by providing an exceptional service experience to our existing patients and selling memberships and packages to our new patients in a fast-paced environment. Successful individuals are confident, great with people, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people feel their best. If you want to do important work that has purpose and meaning, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a bilingual Spanish speaking applicant.

We provide an opportunity to grow your earnings through bonuses and our current staff in these positions are earning up to $17.00/hr. All training is paid at $14 and hourly wage is based on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities are:

  • Mentoring and managing front desk receptions team
  • Driving Sales & Clinic Performance
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service for all patients throughout their visit
  • Assist patients with the completion of required paperwork
  • Sells the plan or package that is best suited to the patient's treatment plan given by the Licensed Acupuncturist
  • Educating and answering general and high-level acupuncture-related questions
  • Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
  • Participate in marketing opportunities and community events as needed to help the clinic build new patient counts
  • Manage daily clinic operations including ensuring it's clean and that inventory is stocked
  • Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy workplace culture

Administrative/General Requirements:

  • Manages opening and closing procedures
  • Complete management tasks
  • Verifying time and sales
  • Ensures clinic standards are maintained at expected level
  • Ability to handle escalated issues
  • Must work at both clinics Las Colinas and Plano
  • Run administrative tasks such as bank deposits, shipping or inventory
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • One-year Customer Service and Management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred)
  • Cheerful, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Must love people
  • Confident in presenting and selling services/Ability to have dialogue with strangers
  • Able to work weekends/evenings (as needed)
  • Excellent attendance and work history
  • Able to use office equipment; computer, tablet, and phone system
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Dedication to high quality sales/service
  • Maintain a professional appearance and wear company approved attire
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 24 months
  • A driven desire to learn and improve yourself

Experience:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Knowledge of retail business and clinic operations

Abilities Required

  • Bilingual, fluent in Spanish
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds
